- The "Password" is pre-entered (demouser)
- Log in, maximize the "Terms" panel (upper left), then scroll down until you reach "Social & Environmental Determinants of Health". Click on that to browse the concepts. You may drag the concepts to the "Find Patients" panel to set values for a query.
Note: This is simply a demo of the concepts and the tooltips in the hierarchy. There are no matching patient data in this demo.
Note: The ontology and toolkit may be applied to any geographic region in the USA, and the comments are configurable per institution. You may disregard comments in the demo that refer to "California census tracts" and "SCEHSC" measures (specific to Southern California).
