Mark Abajian has over 30 years experience in Information Technology. With a diverse background in software development, software testing, database management, and systems administration, Mark possesses the expertise to advise clients on software design, deployment, configuration, and validation.

Recent Activity
2023–2024 Consulting with a major East Coast health system, supporting their onboarding onto the ENACT Network.
2023 Published SEnDAE, including a novel ontology for Social & Environmental Determinants of Health (SEDoH) plus a toolkit for enhancing i2b2 patient records with over 30 SEDoH measures; shared this advancement at i2b2‑community meetings.
2017–2022 System Administrator and Applications Lead for Clinical Research Informatics at the Keck School of Medicine’s Clinical and Translational Science Institute (sc‑ctsi.org) at the University of Southern California; onboarded Keck to the ACT (now ENACT) and LADR Networks.
